Next Values Workshop: April 16th at 12:00 pm ET
Join me for our hour-long Values Workshop.
I’m running this workshop that all of my private coaching clients kick-off with again because we NEED it! As what happens next in 2021 remains as foggy and uncertain as ever we need a point of clarity to keep ourselves focused on. That’s where your values come in.
What past participants had to say:
“This workshop didn’t just talk about values and provide ideas on how I could integrate them into my daily work someday. The work was done during the workshop. I walked away with my most important values defined and actions to utilize my resources of time, energy, and money for each value.”
“Even if you think you are clear on your values or have done values exercises before, do this. It’s always a good time to revisit your values—and especially how you use your resources around them, how you lean into, and show up with them. And Cass creates a quiet, thoughtful space to do this exploration.”

Can I invite you to take a big exhale? It’s pretty great, right? Especially with all that we’re holding on to.
My Values are learning, nurturing and adventure. When I’m happy it’s because one (or more) of those values is being realized in that moment either through how I’m investing my time & energy.
I focus on bringing intentionality to everything that I’m doing. I believe that when our intention gets our attention we love our lives more and who doesn’t want to do that?
In my work, I help people identify their values and how to align their time & energy so they’re on the right path, intention setting keeps us following the directions, and all of this brings about the fulfillment that comes from living a life on purpose.
Dress for the Weather
Intentional Living, Subtraction ProjectA few years ago my friend Erica shared an amazing perspective with me: If you dress for the weather you have less to complain about when it’s cold and horrible outside. It was a combination of a duh-aha moment because I realized how frequently I resist the weather. It’s snowed four inches overnight but I […]
