Our 100th Episode – a reconnect with our very first guest Jennifer Collins

Jenn Collins is a California native through-and-through. Currently residing in Danville, Jenn grew up in San Ramon Valley and has had a deep appreciation for the beautiful Contra Costa County her entire life.

In 2003, Jenn began working in commercial real estate, spending the next decade collaborating with corporations and negotiating multimillion-dollar transactions. Jenn’s extensive experience with commercial real estate helped her establish a high level of professionalism and aided her transition into residential real estate in 2015. Her clients benefit from her thoughtful, analytical approach to each transaction.

Along with being a qualified agent, Jenn doubles as a personal investor. Her clients can anticipate a higher degree of financial literacy than other agents when questions or concerns arise. Jenn can advise investors in deciding if a transaction is financially viable.

While Jenn loves East Bay real estate, as a California native, her passion goes far beyond the local homes. She loves the area’s natural beauty, family-oriented vibe, and world-class dining scene. Jenn loves introducing people to the community, and pre-COVID, she regularly hosted holiday parties, wine tastings, cooking events, and more.

In her free time, you can find Jenn spending time with her husband, two daughters, and beloved pet dog. She also enjoys hiking, yoga, wine collecting, and volunteering at her children’s school.
